Fagron North America is seeking a Paralegal to assist with licensing and legal operations based out of the US corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN. In this role your work will cover general corporate matters, focusing on creating and maximizing licensing operations and systems throughout North America. You will also be responsible for providing support to the internal Legal team within Fagron.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor contracts and legal documents (trademarks, declarations, contractual aspects, distribution and licensing agreements, terms and conditions, etc.) with the objective of handling all legal aspects correctly and diminishing the chances of litigation.
- Manage pharmacy licenses throughout the United States.
- Monitor legal proceedings in order to ensure the correct monitoring and processing of legal records to safeguard procedures.
- Research the impact of new or altered legislation on the organization and ensure the correct application of legislation within the organization.
- Organize and track various legal documents.

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
- 2+ years experience as a Paralegal
- Strong administrative and project management skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office suite and Google applications
- Experience researching legal and regulatory issues
- Pharmaceutical or FDA regulatory experience preferred but not required
- Some in house experience preferred
