- Devise, develop, monitor and plan a commercial approach for the Fagron brand with the aim of uniformly marketing our branding in countries where Fagron is active;
- Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules working under direction of cross functional team members that may include internal and external resources;
- Manage and maintain the Fagron Brand Directives and Asset Library;
- Manage and maintain the Fagron corporate website and assist the local marketing teams in managing and optimizing their online marketing activities;
- Create, track and manage estimates and budgets;
- Oversee print production management and vendor coordination;
- Write, edit and proof content on a variety of projects and plans, as assigned;
- In this position you report to the Chief Communication Officer.

You possess the following abilities:
- Ability to think creatively & bring innovative solutions to branding & marketing challenges;
- Experience managing projects and working with deadlines;
- Experience working with external agencies, specialty companies and production companies;
- Exceptional communication, organizational and writing skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work accurate in a result driven culture. Same day turnarounds frequently required and priorities change quickly;
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting;
- Ambitious, easy to work with and positive attitude;
- Familiarity with branding & marketing tactics, creative development and internet technology;
- Flexibility to figure things out while processes are being defined.
You have the following qualifications and background:
- 4-5 years in branding & marketing, project management and/or account management;
- Excellent understanding of the online space;
- Excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex product offerings and client issues;
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities;
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline;
- Write, edit and proof content on a variety of projects and plans, as assigned;
- Key values: ambitious, creative, strategic, persuasiveness, team player and result driven;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – a plus, but not required.
