We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our Wichita, KS facility. This role will support our ERP implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Key player on our Dynamics AX ERP implementation team, from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the system implementation.
• Analyze and define the business requirements.
• Convert requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Help build training and processes to utilize once the system goes live.
• Train internal users so they are able to efficiently use the systems and processes.
• Support the business lines beyond initial training.
• Continuously promote and stimulate the development and improvement of quality regarding processes and tools.
• Continuously inform oneself about the latest trends and developments.
• Collaborates with other members of technology team and business lines.
Set Yourself Apart
You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A solid understanding and experience working with ERP systems.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Consultant/Project Management capacity.
• Occasional Travel.
• Solid team player with the ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
