We are seeking Warehouse Staging Technician to join our Compounding Essentials team in St. Paul, MN.
Mission of the job:Physically and systematically process staging projects with the aim of ensuring punctual flow of materials to production, optimized storage in the warehouse and efficient inventory administration.
- Ensure the timely flow of materials from the warehouse to production with the aim of meeting production output requirements.
- Periodically perform cycle counting of stocks with the aim of having a reliable and accurate stock management system.
- Keep the warehouse clean and maintained with the aim of creating a safe and clean working environment.
- Replenish and optimize bulk storage, with the aim to efficiently manage the staging and bulk put-away processes.
- Operate Walker-Stackie Forklift safely in order to pick and stage products for production
- Assist bulk warehouse and expedition warehouse as needed due to daily demand variations.
- Help draw up, monitor, and improve practical work instructions for the warehouse areas.
- Forward inventory errors to the Warehouse Supervisor with the aim of correcting in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional knowledge with the aim of maximizing one’s own professional knowledge and applying it in an optimum manner within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma required.
• 1-2 years minimum work in a FDA cGMP regulated business/warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft NAV is preferred, or other ERP software experience.
