GX Sciences, a division of Fagron, is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position interacts with all departments of the lab as well as our external client base. The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, lead the department by example, and strive to find new and innovative ways of elevating the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Providing top Customer Service to both internal and external customers
    • Manage sample logistics process (shipping & receiving)
    • Team management of Customer Service
    • Process improvement
    • Financial support to business
    • Foster company culture
    • Supply orders
    • Other duties as assigned

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Highschool diploma/GED equipment required, Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Detailed and organized
  • Multitask management experience
  • High level of computer skills especially D365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
