SUMMARY
Develops new business and grows existing business with emphasis on customer service to close and expand sales
revenue
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Assist the Sales Team with maintaining current and new accounts. Providing additional support, when needed
Onboards New Accounts – After Sales Rep has vetted New Account for Products and volumes
Send Welcome Letter with all pertinent account information
Ensure attestation forms are received
Schedules and conducts myAnazao training for all new accounts and existing accounts that need assistance
Ensure New Customer Packet is sent out in a timely manner (may need to go into the office to assist mailing them out
Run customer reports to help the territory with growing their territories and management with analyzing trends
Responsible for New Business report each month for respective territory (in process for automation)
Call on new accounts that have never ordered.
Works with Sales Team to provide customer support in the sales territory for online ordering (myAnazao) training, sending welcome packets, telemarketing or any sales projects as directed by Inside Sales Manager/VP Sales
Assist Management with various priority items; calling customers on out of stock items, Pharmacy updates
pertaining to medication or supplies, etc.
Maintains New Customer Spreadsheet for Welcome Packet information
Provides competitive feedback to the team and documents any updates about the company's competitors.
Records all activities in D365 with the latest updates for all customers.
Trains within the company’s pharmacies to maintain awareness of pharmacy’s products and services.
Focuses on company's top 200 accounts to maintain a healthy ongoing customer relationship.
Works with Sales Team to provide customer support in each of the sales territories for online ordering training,
sending welcome packets, telemarketing or any sales projects as directed by Inside Sales Manager/Sales and
Marketing Director.
Cold calling out to provided lists, websites to see if there is interest in our pharmacy and then hand off warm lead to
appropriate Pharmacy Sales Rep.
Provides competitive feedback to the team and documents any updates about the company's competitors.
Enters special pricing for approved price proposals
Enters credit adjustments as directed by pharmacy reps and account managers
Maintains special pricing report and Salesforce Missing NA number report daily/weekly
Records all activities in Salesforce with the latest updates for all customers.
Provides regular weekly summary reports with important insights about current activities they are working on.
Trains within the company’s pharmacies to maintain awareness of pharmacy’s products and services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries/complaints from groups of managers, clients, customers,
and the general public.
Ability to educate referral sources to sell AHC preparations.
Ability to operate a personal computer and effectively use sales and marketing software (Goldmine) to notate files in a precise and understandable manner to follow up with client requests in a timely manner. Proficiency in Word and Excel is
required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
