About the job

For our office in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant. As a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant within Fagron you will bridge the gap between end-customers and IT solutions. Your main customers will be our 30 entities across EMEA where you are their sparring and advice partner on one of our core values ‘customer is number 1’.

Your mission is to analyse CRM business needs and to convert those needs into functional requirements. You also manage implementations with the aim of transposing the business requirements into IT applications like our global Microsoft Dynamics platform in an optimal manner. Focusing on CE Sales, CE Marketing and Digital Contact Center.

You are responsible for the EMEA Dynamics 365 CE Cloud roll-out at home and abroad. We are looking for someone who thinks agile and who can engage others in an enthusiastic and energetic manner to adopt new solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:
• Analyse and define the requirements by considering the technical feasibility, the budget, the timing, and the existing architecture to meet our quality requirements.
• Convert requirements into functional specifications, which is the basis for the technical analysis and the work program.
• Implement the entire project scope and range from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the implementation.
• Train and coach internal users so they efficiently use these applications.
• Serve as an account manager for companies as well as promoting the Information Management strategy.
• Continuously promote and stimulate agile development and drive continuous improvement of quality regarding the IT application landscape.
• Working on digital innovation projects within CRM and Ecommerce with our Dev Agency.

Set yourself apart

• You have at least 2 years of experience of D365 CE processes and implementation in a comparable position.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s latest addition to the D365 suite; Digital Contact Center.
• Very data-literate person, as the core of CRM is all about Marketing, Sales and Service data.
• Ability to utilize the data and write Microsoft Copilot automation workflows.
• Knowledge of marketing, sales and service processes and flows in an international setting.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows).
• Experience with Sana Commerce Cloud (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Prince2, Lean, Scrum and/or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-border projects.
• Ability to bring innovative solutions and work independently in a result-driven can-do culture.
• Change ambassador with keen interest for business processes.
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written. And another EU language is a plus.
