Sales Account Manager

O pracovní pozici

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to deliver the sales of Fagron products and services. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts with scheduled visits/calls and identifying new business opportunities to ensure Fagron is front of mind for each customer’s existing and future requirements.

The role
• Pro-active regular and meaningful contact with existing customers to maintain/develop relationships
• Prepare and schedule customer visits
• Grow customer accounts in line with Fagron sales and profit targets
• Identify growth opportunities for existing and new customers
• Generate a customer orientated sales plan
• Create accurate and timely sales forecasts and ensure correct and timely reporting of activities
• Give and/or oversee product demos and/or trainings when necessary

The person
• Experienced sales professional, preferably with knowledge of one or more of these areas: Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaceutical/pharmacy compounding, Pharmacy, Medicine or healthcare
• Demonstrable commercial acumen with ability to spot an opportunity to improve sales and service
• Proven track record in delivering sales targets and profitability
• Strong negotiating skills
• Fantastic communication skills – written and oral
• Ability to multi task and work across a broad range of customers at any one time
• Strong organisational and reporting skills, preferably with knowledge of a sales reporting tools such as Dynamics 365
• A customer centric approach to delivering results
