For our Global IT team in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Project Manager IT Infrastructure. Innovation and digitization are high on our agenda. To remain market leader, we must keep up with the new digital techniques and for that we are looking for people who want to take Fagron to the next level.

As a project manager you will be responsible for infrastructure related projects. These can be lifecycle projects (replacement hardware, upgrades) but also the rollout of new services (Skype for Business as telephony solution, SharePoint, Windows 10). In addition, we are looking for someone who looks beyond what is asked for and investigates what is needed to optimize the business and make it more efficient.

You have several years of experience as a project manager and have an IT background. You started in a technical role as a system administrator/engineer or similar and have grown to become a project manager. You can translate a technical story into a management version. You are also able to transfer this story to the business and management. In addition, you have a 'hands on' mentality and you are very operational.

We are looking for someone who can switch quickly, can take others along in his/her vision and way of thinking, thinks in solutions and above all is enthusiastic and energetic.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor working and thinking level
  • Strong technical background is mandatory
  • You have at least 2 years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of Prince2, Lean, Scrum and/or Agile methodologies
  • Experience with both infrastructure and application projects
  • An excellent command of English in word and writing
