We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our North American Talent Acquisition Team in Wichita, KS. This role will provide support for all recruiting activities for Fagron North America and will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition of Fagron North America. If this sounds interesting, read on.

Responsibilities:
• Providing support to Talent Acquisition team
• Scheduling candidate and hiring manager interviews
• Assisting in ensuring exceptional candidate experience
• Development and posting of job descriptions on internal and external career sites
• Assisting team as necessary in evaluating applicants against the requirement; conducting phone screens
• Contacting candidates to assess interest and conduct phone screens
• Facilitation and review, of background screening for new employees who have accepted the offer for employment
• Assisting recruiters to fill critical positions by sourcing candidates using databases and social media
• Updating status in the applicant tracking system for reporting purposes and preparation of associated reports
• Assisting with preparation of materials related to Career Fairs or Open Houses and consolidation and distribution of resumes post-event
• Organizing and maintaining files, records and documentation
Ihr Profil
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; or a combination of related coursework and experience.
• 2-4 years’ related experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition Department
• Experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Expertise with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn, along with social media
