At Fagron we have a lot of new ideas and new innovations and we are looking for someone who wants to be an upcoming driven force behind these projects. You must know the pharmaceutical world and the world of medicine to understand what our goal and mission is.
You are part of our Innovation team, working to support and expand our brands by engaging with other project members to understand what needs to be done.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneur, with a background in pharmaceutical compunding. You have excellent communication skills. You want to learn, develop and grow every day while making sure you support internal and external customers and are able to prioritize.
Ihr Profil
Mission:
- Detect, prepare and launch (new) products and/or services and maintenance and evaluate the existing product portfolio with the aim of successfully positioning the products in the market.
Key responsibility areas:
- Daily management of client queries online and by telephone
- Technical documentation update management
- Lead products and/or projects to keep them updated, offering news to pharmacists and prescribers, helping to increase sales.
- Provide information for promotional, advertising and commercial campaigns for existing products and/or services and for the launch of new products and/or services with the aim of stimulating sales.
- Offer product support to internal and/or external clients
- Lead new global projects
- Actively detect and search for new innovative products and/or services to complete or replace the portfolio with the aim of discovering commercial opportunities.
- Training courses.

Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 5-10 years of Pharmaeutical compunding experience
- Autonomous and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Polished public speaking and presentation ability
