We are seeking highly-motivated Facilities Technician to join our team in Las Vegas.
The Facilities Technician will assist with the maintenance of production equipment, software, engineering, IT issues, general building/plumbing maintenance and repair, and warehouse maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organize Preventative Maintenance of facility equipment to include:
- Autoclaves
- Ovens
- Refrigerators
- Incubators
- Other equipment used in product
- Troubleshoot Smart View and Lighthouse systems
- Commission and qualify new equipment
- Recertify existing equipment
- Review and file equipment certificates
- Manage Calibration and requalification schedules
- Execute IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Manage incoming specifications for equipment
- Storage container organization
- Coordinates delivery schedules for any local couriers
- Coordinate and assist with inventorying (i.e. stocking, organization) with all incoming equipment, this includes transporting to their proper locations in the warehouse or facility
- General maintenance as needed

Ihr Profil
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess strong communication skills and be organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Enthusiastic, professional, and self-directed interest
Qualified Candidates Will Have Experience With:
- Electrical Systems
- Air Compression
- Mechanical and Electrical Schematics
