About the role
The Manufacturing Generalist will perform Manufacturing Administrative activities to support production, including label printing, filter testing, document review, and investigation/document writing. This is a desk job which may require you to stay seated for 6+ hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to independently think and prioritize daily and weekly projects
- Responsible for performing product label printing and label review
- Responsible for performing filter integrity testing using a filter integrity tester machine
- Responsible for receiving Master Batch Records (MBRs) issued by Quality Assurance
- Responsible for generating and printing reports required for final product disposition packets
- Support inventory control by inputting quantity of materials used during production into the Material Resource Planning system
- Perform document review of MBRs, forms, and other documents, supporting GDP corrections
- Ability to initiate and complete events/deviations using the MasterControl deviation management system
- Ability to perform investigative interviews and lead cross-functional meetings with various departments
- Support training activities by allowing new hire to shadow your work and proctoring Visual Inspection qualification exams
- Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner
- Maintain adherence to SOP’s, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by leads

REQUIREMENTS
- A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Quality minded and detail oriented
- Independent thinker and self-starter
