You are all about establishing the foundations of HR on a global level.
Our Global HR Team is looking for a Global HR Specialist. We are looking for someone that is passionate about and energized by all aspects of HR, from owning our key HR systems to supporting the implementation of new tools and projects, all with a global impact. You will support this objective by:
- Taking on the responsibility as our first point of contact for all our HR colleagues in more than 20 countries, supporting them with queries, questions, and training.
- Becoming the key user for all our global HR systems where you have the flexibility to drive innovation, improvement, and user experience.
- Creating and maintaining up to date documentation on our HR policies, processes, and tools.
- Owning the roll-out, improvement and success of our recurring HR processes (e.g., performance management cycle and engagement survey).
- Becoming our reports guru by ensuring up to date and accurate data is available to stakeholders through our HR dashboards.

Joining our Global HR Team, you will work with 5 colleagues who look after all the Global HR initiatives and projects. In this role, you will get the freedom to use your experience, analytical skills, and innovative mindset to escalate HR operations in Fagron to the next level.

Wihan de Wet (Global HR Project Manager) describes the team as passionate, hard-working, and fun, where we all work together in making sure all Fagron employees can become the best version of themselves. We do this through small actions like making sure our HRIS data is up to date and accurate, to large-scale HR projects like implementing a brand-new onboarding program for all our 4,200+ employees.

Ihr Profil

As our new Global HR specialist, you possess most of the following:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a HR related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the HR field Experience with HRIS systems and reporting is a plus.
- Taking full ownership of your tasks and taking pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Structured and result-oriented mindset that can operate in a high paced environment.
- Having a do-it-yourself mentality, analytical, proactive and a good sense of humor.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, Dutch is a plus.

Unser Angebot

Here is what we offer:
- 7-month contract with the possibility to extend.
- € 40,000-55,000 annual salary based on a 40-hour contract, all in line with your knowledge & experience including holiday allowance.
