The Project Manager is responsible for leading, establishing, and driving execution of transfer projects and new product introductions for the Fagron US and Fagron Service North America Minneapolis site. This position requires broad cross-functional knowledge and comprehensive business management skills.

Specific tasks include:

• Manage a group of projects associated with the transfer and development of products to and from
Fagron Services North America
• Establishes a product release/transfer roadmap by prioritizing multiple project inputs, establishing
operational plans and execution.
• Leads and manages multi-site, cross-functional teams established with the purpose of successfully
accomplishing the objectives of the acquisition integration and new product introduction programs.
• Monitors and communicates progress toward project objectives, assesses risks, and implements
strategies to ensure successful program execution.
• Ensure effective project transitions to the day to day process owners relevant to R+D, quality,
manufacturing, distribution, and regulatory requirements
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring and reporting project progress and for intervention and problem
solving with senior leadership and site/department managers.
• Ensures the project/program complies with all aspects of the quality policy/system.
• Ensure appropriate personnel are assigned to the program/project
• Other responsibilities, as required and assigned.
