Love records? Perfect! You'll keep detailed documentation of solutions using our cutting-edge problem management database.

Show off your insights! Craft engaging reports on help desk incidents and changes, presenting your findings in our weekly leadership powwows.

Ready to amp up our performance? Analyze incident reports and cook up recommendations to boost our team's KPIs.

It's a team effort! Collaborate with developers and outside vendors to smooth out software glitches and suggest some cool program upgrades.

Be the liaison! Reach out to software and hardware vendors to ensure our tools are always in tip-top shape.

Newbies in the house? You'll set up and test their equipment to ensure they hit the ground running.

An Associate's degree or equivalent experience from a technical school, paired with at least one year of rockstar-worthy IT support.
