The Global Risk & Insurance Specialist is a newly created role responsible for the global risk & insurance program in the broad sense and building a commercial network in the insurance sector to achieve a healthy and efficient global risk and insurance framework. Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinate insurance programs:
- Coverage extent
- Pricing/negotiation/cost management
- Policy & underwriting
- Market monitoring & testing
- Coverage structuring
- Loss ratio management and monitoring
- Acquisitions DD:
- Coverage analysis & overlap
- Policy transfer
- Integration and extensions
- Contract review:
- Liability clause review & analysis
- Insurance coverage assessment
- Policy extensions special projects (e.g. Wlamart contracts)
- Market & financial risk exposure assessment
- Prevention:
- Property analysis fire & theft
- Coordination risk engineer recommendations: analysis, proposals & implementation
- Reporting:
- Feedback & networking insurance risk engineers as free resource
- Gathering & prioritizing recommended actions
- Improvements & attention points
- Claims handling:
- Procedures harmonization
- Loss ratio management
- Claims coordination broker/insurer
- Negotiations on coverage/pay-out
- Compliance:
- Managing policy terms & covenants
- Reporting risks & financials
- Insurance certificates.
- Membership risk management association

Destáquese del resto
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business economics, law or management
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar function (corporate, broker, insurance)
- Experience in an international business environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are hands-on, flexible, proactive and precise
- Fluent in English
