We are seeking a skilled hands-on Payroll & HR Services Manager to lead our payroll operations. This role will be crucial in centralizing payroll and other HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality service to our employees. Your will be reporting to the HR Manager EMEA.
Your Responsibilities:
- Centralization of Payroll Processes: Lead the consolidation and standardization of payroll processes across various regions within the organization.
- Payroll Management & Operations: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, together with the team running the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- HR Administration: Manage and streamline HR administrative processes, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Hands-on practical support to the team in the HR administration process when necessary.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll and HR administration.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain payroll reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR Administration, within a shared service center in a multinational environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
