As a Global Reward & People Data Lead you will become part of the Global HR team and be responsible for driving and supporting the reward and people analytics initiatives across Fagron. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing effective reward practices and leveraging people data to drive informed decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders and will contribute expert analytical insights across various aspects of the reward strategy, including salary management, equal pay, gender pay gap, short term bonus, long term incentive initiatives, and approach to total reward. The role requires a high energy, entrepreneurial spirited and passionate colleague who is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate has a strong background in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and a passion for enhancing employee experience. The position is based in Rotterdam, reporting to the Global HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Reward & People Data Lead is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:
Reward Analysis & Support:
• Contribute to the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
• Perform market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure our total rewards are aligned with industry standards.
• Assist with the annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Support the development of recognition and non-financial reward initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
People Data & Insights:
• Analyse HR data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights across key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and DE&I.
• Partner with our HR teams to deliver data-driven recommendations on hiring, promotions, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to leadership.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting aligned with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other applicable regulatory requirements, contributing to the organization’s transparency and accountability.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across HR systems, collaborating with Finance, IT and HR operations for process improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with the Global HR team and local HR colleagues to support ongoing and new initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation-related audits and external benchmarking efforts.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear, compelling way to various stakeholders, including HR and business leaders.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, or rewards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and HR systems.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, reward benchmarking methodologies, and labour market trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from large datasets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. Strong knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
