Physically processing incoming goods with the aim of ensuring punctual deliveries, correct storage in the warehouse and a correct administration.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Participation in inventory audits
- Oversee all materials transfer activities between facilities
- Maintain warehouse item locations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments regarding inventory issues
- Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations
- Lead and direct receiving staff
- Oversee the vault and all associated controlled substance manufacturing tasks
- Transfer materials between sites as required while utilizing the company vehicle
- Ensure all receiving activities are completed before the End of Business daily
- Ensure all transfer orders are complete and ready for delivery the day prior to expected delivery date
- Utilizing proper equipment for material handling
- Maintain warehouse security
- Ensure all procedures are followed for handling materials correctly and following special instructions (controlled substances)

- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate competency and in-depth knowledge of all processes, methods and procedures related to the warehouse
- Ability to work independently/self-motivated
- Ability to bend/squat/kneel
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate and maintain certification for material handling equipment (such as forklift and pallet jack)
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within Company and State DOT standards
- Ability to operate company owned vehicles
- Ability to work independently or cross-functionally within a team
- Ability to successfully complete all requirements for handling of controlled substances
- Previous lead experience in an inventory/warehouse position
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
