So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

· Deliver commercial business plans and drive profitable business outcomes in line with Specialist Pharmacy’s overall strategy maximising margin across the business, aligned with sales, marketing.

· Identifying new business opportunities, including new customers, partnership or launching new products and services.

· Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.

· Maintaining & developing relationships with existing clients to build sales and grow portfolio usage.

· Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.

· Proactively reaching out for new business.

· Attending conferences and events to build strong industry relationships with business partners & staying up to date with competitor insights, new trends and market development opportunities.

· Understanding Specialist Pharmacy’s products in the marketplace, competitor mix, and positioning required to gain market share and success.

· Work with a tight budget to achieve high return on investment.

· Track and measure success of key strategic business plans vs spend.

· Negotiate with key stakeholders to deliver profitable business outcomes.

· Deliver Quarterly Business Review meetings with identified customer groups & stakeholders to deliver strategies, review performance aligned with and defined in overall company strategy.

· Work closely and collaboratively with Specialist Pharmacy’s internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication and delivery of sales strategies and activity.

· Understand competitor commercial activity to maximise and support key commercial opportunities

· Maintain internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up to date with accurate Customer records and manage business meeting outcomes.

Distinguez-vous !

· Background in medical/healthcare/prescription sales.·

Understanding of prescription medication laws, regulations and private healthcare market.

· An interest or experience in formulations, or related technical background.

· Excellent project management skills.

· Strong appreciation for market trends and customer purchase drivers.

· Ability to work fully autonomously whilst being a key member of a leadership team.

· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and to encourage and support others to achieve their objectives.

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight timelines.

· Experience in women’s health

· Background in cosmetic, dermatology/or other anti-aging industry.

· Familiar with Microsoft office, Teams, Excel, etc.

Negotiation Skills

Notre proposition

·         Upto £55k per annum + business related expenses.

·         Annual bonus.

·         Car allowance.

·         Business mileage allowance.

·         25 days holiday.

·         Company IT.

·         Territory – Central England (inc Wales).

3 days face-to-face with customers and 2 days working from home.
