Ready for a role where your research abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail will make an impact? We are looking to expand our Digital Technology team with a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst.
Fagron North America consists of multiple companies but has a centralized IT department. The department is segmented across different teams, each with their own unique focus and specialties. This offers a unique chance to explore various opportunities once established in this role.
This is a full-time position and fully remote. Proximity to our location in Tampa, Florida would be beneficial for onboarding and occasional site visits, but candidates from all locations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate business processes and needs, both as-is and to-be.
• Capture business needs through the creation of backlog items, test plans, and standalone documentation.
• Ensure backlog items are accurate, understood, approved, and prioritized.
• Create and execute test scenarios to determine if developer-provided solutions satisfy business needs and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate with and collect information from external vendors and systems.
• Generate reports or interpret system information using system tools, database queries, scripts, Excel, SSRS, Power BI, etc.
• Evaluate systems and technologies to assist with purchasing decisions, migration planning, etc.
• Provide second-tier support for the systems that fall under the Digital Technologies department.
Basic Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Moderate skills in both documentation and visualization, for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences.
• Some skills with automated testing frameworks or suites.
• 3-5 years of related experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst or equivalent combination of relevant education/training and experience.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.
1+ year of experience with reading or maintaining code in modern development frameworks like .NET, React, or similar.
• Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule that includes the hours of 12pm-4pm Eastern Time, to overlap with the availability of rest of the team and better support real-time collaboration.
• While the position primarily supports remote work, occasional travel to our office locations for important meetings or events may be necessary.
• Prior experience with application modernization, digital transformation, system migration, etc. is beneficial but not required.
