We are looking for a Production and Warehouse Support person to join our B&B Operations Team. In this role you will weigh, fill and package products for the correct delivery of production orders and with the aim of guaranteeing production output. You will also clean ISO Certified Cleanrooms in accordance to company SOP’s and assist with processing incoming and outgoing goods.
You will also assist with warehouse and shipping functions as needed on a daily basis.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Weigh, fill and package products for the correct delivery of production orders and with the aim of guaranteeing production output.
- Clean ISO Certified Cleanrooms in accordance to company SOP’s
- According to established SOP’s and Work Instructions clean equipment and workstation and check it for possible residue with the aim of working in a clean environment that is in line with the quality requirements for preventing accidents and incidents.
- Conduct setting activities with the aim of carrying out correct weighing and measurements..
- Record the output, working times, and possible deviations on the Master Production. Record with the aim of reporting in a correct manner on the tasks that have been carried out.
- Regularly carry out the required checks as prescribed by the Master Production Record with the aim of accurately complying with the appropriate SOP and Work Instructions.
- Control the quantities that have been prepared beforehand against the Master Production Record with the aim of complying with the Master Production Record and working according to the right SOP’s and Work Instructions.
- Receive incoming goods, check them based on SOP’s and Work Instructions, book them into the ERP system with the necessary labels and assign them to the right storage space with the aim of contributing to the organization’s internal organization.
- Put away goods and locate within ERP system with the aim to always have a stock for picking and shipping orders.
- After verification of the order, pick the orders for external customers and pack and prepare them for shipment, with the aim of contributing to correct and timely deliveries.
- Provide the necessary documents with the aim of guaranteeing the seamless shipment of orders.
- Keep the warehouse clean and maintaining it as well as the material with the aim of creating a safe and clean working environment.
- Periodically count stocks, and, in function of the reality, make changes to the ERP system with the aim of having a reliable and accurate stock management system.
- Maintain professional knowledge with the aim of maximizing one’s own professional knowledge and applying it in an optimum manner within the organization..
- Respect guidelines as regards quality, order and safety when completing production orders with the aim of preventing accidents and incidents.
Distinguiti dagli altri
- At least one year of experience in production and/or warehouse
- ERP experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics (NAVISION)
- Proficient in the use of software applications, databases, and spreadsheets
- Experience within a GMP environment strongly preferred
- Strong team player with the ability to work in an independent and productive manner
- Ability to research issues and arrive at logical well-documented analysis and conclusions
- Effective verbal and written communicator
