Mission of the job
Physically and systematically process bulk and finished goods in the warehouse to ensure the timely and accurate flow of product through the value stream, accurate and organized storage in the warehouse, and continuous improvement of the warehouse processes and physical area.

Key Responsibility Areas
Learn the core warehouse processes through strategic training, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.

Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis.

Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches in order to locate misclassified inventory

Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)

Fill the picking shelves, where necessary with the help of a forklift, with the aim to always have a stock for picking.

Assist bulk warehouse and expedition warehouse as needed due to daily demand variations

After verification of the order pick the orders for internal and external customers and pack and prepare them for dispatch or production with the aim of contributing to correct and timely deliveries.

Receive and verify the necessary documents with the aim of guaranteeing the seamless receipt and approval of the products.

Keep the warehouse clean and maintaining it as well as the material with the aim of creating a safe and clean working environment.

Help draw up, monitor, and improve practical work instructions for the receiving and warehouse areas

Maintain professional knowledge with the aim of maximizing one’s own professional knowledge and applying it in an optimum manner within the organization.

Set yourself apart

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
HS Diploma required
1-2 years minimum work in a FDA cGMP regulated business/warehouse environment is preferred
Ability to work independently
Advanced Excel including Pivot tables and V Lookups
Experience with Microsoft NAV is preferred
