Customer Representatives support Inside and Outside sales by working directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via phone, fax, and e-mail
  • Complete customer complaints accurately and efficiently
  • Process returns
  • Issue credit memos with lead rep and or supervisor’s approval
  • Recognize error and anomalies and know who to involve for resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Set Yourself Apart: Profile/Experiences

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • AX experience is preferred but not required
