About the job

The Customer On-Boarding Specialist assists the organization by working to ensure customer accounts are set up accurately and efficiently. The individual will work as part of the team to compile account documents and facilitate account remediation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Entering data for new accounts in the system
  • Verifying licensing for accounts
  • Working with sales representatives to obtain necessary documentation
  • Remediation of current and legacy accounts to bring into or maintain compliance with FDA and DEA standards
  • Assisting customer service representatives in making necessary changes to accounts: updating phone numbers, addresses, email contacts, etc
  • Setting up web shop users
  • Sending and monitoring email communications with customers
  • Making changes in AX to accommodate account alignment, compliance, contacts, etc
  • Changing or updating forms to reflect information needed
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Facilitating Web Shop set up for customers
  • Sending invoices or statements to customers upon request
  • Working with accounts receivables/accounting to ensure correct contacts are on file

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • AX or other ERP experience is preferred but not required
  • Good time management
  • Organizational skills
