Job description:

  • Managing communications between key clients and internal team
  • Presentation and sales of our products and services, consulting, and client support.
  • Managing key customers: organizing procurement, production, shipment, and transport of goods
  • Preparation of quotations, negotiation of commercial terms, conclusion, and extension of contracts
  • Preparation of export documentation including invoices, specifications, statements, certificates, export permits, transport documents etc.
  • Communication with other departments (Purchase, Warehouse, Quality)
  • Communication with carriers and forwarders
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Day to day assignments organization
  • Responsible for achieving the set goals
  • Close collaboration with the Sales manager
  • Planning and presenting reports on account of progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Keeping all necessary records and preparing reports
