Sales Executive

About the job

We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional to develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers and stimulate the sales of Fagron products and services. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts with scheduled visits/calls to ensure Fagron is front of mind for existing and future requirements related to the Fagron portfolio.


The role
• Pro-active and regular contact with existing customers to maintain and develop relationships
• Prepare and schedule customer visits
• Grow customer accounts in line with Fagron sales targets
• Identify growth opportunities for existing or new customers
• Generate a customer orientated sales plan
• Create accurate and timely sales forecasts
• Ensure correct and timely reporting of activities
• Give and/or oversee product demos and/or trainings when necessary

The person
• High motivated sales professional, knowledge of the below industries is desirable but not essential:
• Pharmaceuticals
• Pharmaceutical/pharmacy compounding
• Pharmacy
• Medicine or healthcare
• Excellent commercial acumen with ability to spot an opportunity to improve sales and service
• Proven track record in delivering sales targets and profitability is essential
• Strong negotiating skills
• Fantastic communication skills – written and oral
• Ability to multi task and work across a broad range of customers at any one time
• Strong organisational and reporting skills, preferably with knowledge of a sales reporting tools such as Dynamics 365
• Extremely customer focussed
