,We currently have an exciting new job opening of Global Marketing Communications Manager. As a Global Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for Fagron’s global marketing communications strategy and you will work closely with our local companies around the world to ensure the best strategy implementation and multi-disciplinary cooperation. You will lift marketing communications within Fagron to the next level.

As the leader of Global Marketing Communications, you will manage your own team in Rotterdam. And you will be guiding the local teams in developing their strategy and in the execution of it.

We are looking for someone who can empathize with people, but who is also confident to take decisions. You can create strong morale and spirit in the team and foster an open dialogue.

You have a passion for marketing communications and have been successfully identified in it. You are innovative, commercially and conceptually strong. You can empower others and seek cooperation with other departments to achieve optimal results. You are hands-on and pro-active. You will be based in Rotterdam, but occasional travel will be part of your job.

Your main tasks are:

  • Developing a global marketing communications strategy and brand building
  • Translating the global marketing communication strategy to excellent execution
  • Creating relevant business content together with the CEO, the Global Innovation Team, the Investor Relations team, the Area Leaders and Business Leaders, adapted to the target audience
  • Developing and implementing a PR and (social) media strategy
  • Detecting and implementing the most effective and relevant marketing communication tools such as online marketing activities and campaigns, publications, press releases, product propositions, sales tools etc
  • Responsible for the measurability of marketing activities in line with the budget
  • Monitoring the brand and improving brand awareness
  • Aligning with resources & budget and monitoring the outcomes of your actions
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team

Maak het verschil

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with marketing communications: digital and social media marketing, branding, content creation, press releases, newsletters, etc.
  • Strong writing skills in English for producing high-quality content
  • Hands-on, flexible mindset and able to put plans into action
  • Creative and innovative
  • Persuasive, able to build positive relationships with ease and influence at all levels
