Our Supply Repackaging Technicians are critical team members within our Brands & Essentials Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repacking of bulk products while adhering to high standards for policy, process, and safety. Due to the nature of the role, employees may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety while performing certain tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately and carefully dispense bulk products into alternative packaging containers in collaboration with a small team, completing work per work order specifications in a consistent manner
• Updates and maintains records, logs, and other documentation with immaculate attention to detail
• Calibrates repackaging equipment
• Ensures cleanliness of the clean room environments throughout the day and in between repacking orders
• Ensures efficiency via meeting daily productivity expectations
• Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture

Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma and/or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Pharmaceutical/Chemical Warehouse experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, meeting productivity expectations while maintaining a positive attitude
