Our Customer Acquisition Specialist (CAS) will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by strategically reaching out to key prospects, including Dermatologists, Hair Specialists, Functional Medicine Providers, Nutritionists, and Sports Professionals. The CAS will introduce Fagron Genomics US, present our advanced genetic testing offerings, and communicate the additional value we bring to providers. This role is fundamental to meeting our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively introduce Fagron Genomics US to potential customers through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and targeted email campaigns
  • Prepare quotations and proposals to align with customer needs
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts, soliciting new business, building rapport, and providing technical information
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Fagron Genomics US offerings and effectively communicate these to prospective customers
  • Partner with local sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and opportunities
  • Work with the Fagron Brands & Essentials team to refer customs
  • Represent Fagron Genomics US at 3–5 tradeshows annually, promoting our services and expanding our professional network
  • Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sales-oriented with a drive for achieving and exceeding goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM
  • Pharmaceutical or laboratory experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in dietetics or nutrition is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to defend assumptions and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
  • Must be well organized and can multitask
  • Strong listening and presentation skill
  • Capable of adapting quickly to changing market dynamics and customer needs
