Marketing Designer (Graphic, Motion, UI/UX)

You will be responsible for ensuring our brand stands out and is visually represented in the most effective way possible. The ideal candidate possesses on-trend design and branding skills, with a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and a knack for staying cool and collected under pressure. The ability to successfully manage numerous projects at once is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Work with team to develop integrated content that enhances the FSS brand, promoting products and
services in a highly regulated pharmaceutical space (sell sheets, direct mail, brochures, manuals,
signage, presentations, emails, videos, landing pages, web pages/content, social media, packaging,
labels, etc.)
• Ensure accurate, updated content for all print and digital/web-based materials in a timely fashion in a
rapidly growing organization
• Manage and maintain the compliance of brand guidelines in all forms of marketing
• Collaborate with team on campaign strategy, themes and promotions
• Partner with internal/external customers/vendors and agencies to execute materials including ads,
graphics, events, and promotional items
• Help develop marketing processes and SOPs to support organizational alignment, brand standards
and best practices

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant field (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Associates degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or +6 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office Suite (required)
• 2+ yeas creating both print and digital materials in a fast-paced work environment
• 2+ years of detail-oriented project management ensuring consistent quality execution while handling multiple projects and deadlines
• 2+ years of B2B marketing with solid grasp on customer experience, design principles, practices and
tools
• 2+ years of graphic design experience preparing visual reports, info graphics, presentations, digital
and print communications
• Adept to navigating change and embrace ‘creative abrasion’ as part of the collaborative creative
process
• A creative entrepreneurial ‘can do’ mindset invested in continuous improvement and development
• Portfolio of recent work, preferably spanning a variety of media (print, digital, video, etc.)
• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant field (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Associates degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or +6 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Adobe Premier / Adobe After Effects (basic video editing and motion graphics), CRM (Salesforce),
Marketing Automation (Pardot / Mailchimp), Website CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics, SMM tools,
CSS, basic HTML and content calendars
• Knowledge of video, photography and audio-visual equipment setup/operation
• Background in health care, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, wellness, or other regulated industries
