Maintenance & Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, technical interventions and supporting of installations and equipment, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Accountabilities:
-Maintain expertise and technical skills
-Maintain, repair, and replace parts and components of devices relative to pharmaceutical industry.
-Carry out or have carried out maintenance work according to the set schedule
-Provide assistance to customers with the installation of new equipment
-Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
-Provide expert knowledge of our product to the customer
-Provide improvement proposals

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
Technical studies in electrical or electronic or mechanic area
Technical insight
At least 2 years of working experience, or equivalent applicable work experience
Solution-oriented thinking
Excellent troubleshooting skills are required.
Experienced and comfortable using computers and software programs.
Skill in establishing priorities
Ability to effectively prioritize and solve/escalate customer issues as required
Ability to learn and support new concepts and applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek & English)
Flexible, persuasive, result-driven and problem-solving personality
