Grow in your Supply Chain career with this exciting opportunity in the Brands and Essentials business.  We’re searching for a driven individual to join our team as the Receiving Coordinator in our St. Paul warehouse.  Are you ready for a career with Fagron?

Mission of the job:

This position's primary responsibility is to accept and process deliveries, this will include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring goods are processed and put away correctly.  Must be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail, lift and move heavy items safely, and resolve any problems or discrepancies.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria
  • Receive incoming goods and process them into the ERP system
  • Unload deliveries from trucks
  • Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items
  • Attach labels to received bulk goods and assign them to the correct storage space in the warehouse
  • Communicate with vendors regarding delays or problems
  • Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc
  • Ensure compliance with facility and GMP standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by scheduled cleanings and a "clean as you go" mentality
  • Address areas of concern or improvement with management
  • Willingness to work in different areas of the warehouse where volume dictates including shipping, picking, and staging
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • ERP/WMS administration experience (Navision, Oracle, D365 preferred)
  • DOT and IATA training preferred
  • 1-2 years minimum work in an FDA cGMP regulated business/warehouse environment is preferred
  • Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
  • Sense of urgency with a high attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Willing to learn new tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Will be moving for over half the day
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs
  • Physical dexterity and experience operating forklifts
