Job Summary:

The Quality Assistant for Administration is responsible for activities related to the support of Quality functions, including the gathering of data, data entry, data tracking, document scanning and filing. This data can be for internal use or for regulatory agencies and customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality functions such as Batch Release, EM, IQ, MQ with daily administrative tasks such as document scanning, data entry, data tracking, batch issuance and filing.
  • Maintain document storage area organization.
  • Support regulatory and customer quality audits.
  • Prepare management reports/KPIs, as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Profile/Experiences:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills with experience with scanning and filing of documents.
  • Good interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work in a team environmental or independently with minimal oversight.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities.
