We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The first and primary focus of this role will be to centralize and manage payroll processes for our Polish and Czech operations. In due course more countries may be added to your responsibility. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing organization and to contribute to the establishment of efficient payroll and HR administration.

Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Provide information, answering any questions from internal employees or management regarding wages, benefits and other related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information. Being the linking pin between local HR and the Managed Service payroll providers
• Prepare relevant monthly, quarterly and year-end report
• Build strong collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in the resolution of day-to-day issues that arise, including problems with customers, third parties, internal teams and our internal systems as needed
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
• Participate in the expansion of payroll services to additional countries in the future.
• Take on additional HR administrative tasks as needed as we extent our HR Services department.

Seja a diferença

• Prior experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantage
• You have a solid understanding of payroll processes
• You are fluent in English, Polish or Czech is an advantage
• You are customer oriented with a positive collaborative attitude
• You are organized and have an attention for detail
• You are proactive and independent with a hands-on mentality and are constantly looking for potential process improvements
• Experience with other HR administrative tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Payzaar is an advantage
• Bachelor or Master degree or or reasoning equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in payroll
