We are hiring a full-time Supply Chain Assistant to join our team
This is a unique role that will provide administrative support Full time to Supply Chain (purchasing, logistics)
This role will involve the end-to-end procurement and supply related tasks involved in sourcing, procuring and delivering (logistics) products to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Processing purchase orders and making direct and indirect purchases. · Maintaining and Updating the Order Tracker. · Reconciling invoices. · Sourcing new products when needed. · Chasing up suppliers as needed and rightly communicating information to the necessary teams. · Maintaining and managing the Purchasing inbox. · Working with the Dispensary and Lab Department to support orders, returns, missing issues and other complaints. · Supporting the pharmacists and quality team to source new products and obtain appropriate quality documents. · Supervising all stock take exercises, ensuring that the teams are carrying out the exercise as agreed, and that the documentation is provided by due date. · Getting clients for secondary services such as removal of delivery pallets, other waste/disposals etc |
You will provide administrative support to the team to ensure that its operations run smoothly.

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
- Intermediate to proficient computer skills.
- Good planning, time management, and organisation skills.
- Must be able to take initiative within scope, work as part of a team and be prepared to be flexible.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Must have a good command of Microsoft Excel and Word. PowerBi skill is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels.

Previous experience working in Supply Chain, or a Pharmacy supply sector is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel.
Background or previous experience in Pharma industry.
At least level 3 of CIPS or any global procurement certification is a plus.
