Carry out specifically defined activities in terms of quality guarantees and/or quality assurance systems with the aim of contributing to the optimisation of quality within the organisation.

Key Responsibility tasks:

• Releases and conformity of batches of raw materials.
• Review and drafting of documentation (internal protocols, change controls, CAPAs, regulatory documentation)
• Investigation and management of claims and returns
• Customer service in quality complaints
• Management of supplier approval

Seja a diferença

• University degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality department
• Efficient and structured way of working
• Excellent skills to manage stakeholders and engage with people
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and ability to learn fast
