The primary purpose of the Post-Production Trainer role is to train Post-Production techs to assist with qualification of the Visual Inspection process. The Post-Production Trainer is responsible to ensure operations performed by trainees are in a safe & compliant manner that supports the post*-production quality and operations performance goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

· The trainer will plan and orchestrate training for post-production personnel that perform daily activities associated with post-production Labeling; and activities being performed in the Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) areas.

· Ensure compliance of all activities performed in the CNC areas.

· Be proactive and resolve issues and drive training initiatives independently or within a team environment.

· Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable.

· Confirm quality in every batch through the review and approval of all batch record components ensuring RFT and other quality operations performance metrics.

· Working closely with internal subject matter experts and other partners to develop content for existing & new procedures within post-production.

· Track and trend post-production technician label training updates in spreadsheets

· Attend weekly meetings with supervisor in order to stay current with departmental updates and issues.

· Training in proper documentation of forms in all post-production areas.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Leader capable of training a multi-functional team centered on the Fagron family rules; focused on safety, quality, and production.

· Post-production experienced and SME level knowledge of product labeling/packaging required.

· Experience with GDP in a cGMP environment and able to focus on batch related documentation and ensuring quality in every unit.

· Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and communicate post-production training for success – willingness to partner and negotiate on complex activities across the department and other functions is a must.

· The Post-Production trainer shall be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods of time.

· Experience in delivering classroom and on-the-job training preferred.
