Fagron Brands and Essentials North America, the second largest distributor of high-quality solutions to compounding pharmacies, is searching for a innovative and savvy Digital Marketing Manager to join the North America Brands and Essentials Marketing Team.   The Digital Marketing Manager understands the needs of different solutions by working with IT, sales, and operations to define an integrated digital marketing program to develop strategies to improve customer awareness and increase product adoption. The Digital Marketing Manager is comfortable both developing the strategy and working collaboratively with the Content Marketing Specialist to launch email and social (organic and paid) campaigns, implement strategic enhancements to Fagron web properties, and maximize Fagron’s Microsoft Dynamics Marketing suite. The ideal candidate makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer trends and isn’t afraid to test new ideas. They are innovative, collaborative, and approach campaign management holistically understanding the benefits and limitations of each channel and opportunity. This role will be pivotal in creating harmony across the Fagron digital channels, maximizing resources, and generating meaningful interactions to support Fagron’s relationship with Compounding Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Specialist to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintains the Fagron, Inc social media presence
  • Work closely with IT team to evaluate and enhance the customer experience on Fagron.us and Shop.Fagron.us websites
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with sales, Fagron Academy, and other Fagron North American Brands and Essential team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience that support the business initiatives
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
