The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehouse operations across multiple sites within a close radius including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Compliance with all safety, quality, regulatory and productivity standards is critical. The role manages warehouse staff, ensures efficient processes, maintains a safe work environment, and meets productivity targets. This is a compliance critical position which requires strong attention to detail, impeccable integrity, and strict compliance with all applicable regulations and company policy.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple sites within a close radius of each other, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
- Monitors warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, inventory levels, on -time shipments) and takes corrective action as needed.
- Provides management and support for all warehouse operators to ensure compliance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Works internally and cross functionally to continually identify and execute opportunities to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating warehouse personnel and activities to meet daily demand.
- Leads the training, development, and growth of the warehouse team.
- Maintains and promotes a positive, productive, and safe work environment at all times.
- Performs inspections and log reviews to ensure compliance with company operating procedures.
- Participates in investigations, developing solutions, and recommending actions to resolve personnel, process, and quality issues as they arise.
- Achieves and maintains current DOT and IATA shipper certifications.
- Reviews and inspects finished product to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Effectively identities and communicates all maintenance needs to management.
- Participates in and/or conducts daily start of shift meetings with order fulfilment team. Managers available resources, equipment and facilities to consistently meet weekly production demand.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management staff.

Basic Qualifications
- 3 -5 years of experience in warehouse management or related role.
- Demonstrated experience in packaging and distribution of DOT and IATA regulated products.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Experience with warehouse management systems including FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft D365 Environment.
- Experience in import/export logistics is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
