The primary purpose of the Post-Production Logistics Tech role is to direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to/from the warehouse and pharmacy. The logistics tech will be responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment/labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared.
Responsibilities:
• The logistics tech will be responsible for planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy.
• Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations.
• Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized.
• Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment.
• Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components.
• Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy.
• Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet.
• Coordinate with warehouse for pickup/dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to/from FSSE1 and FSSE2.
• Work closely with labeling team to box packaged product and place evenly on a pallet. • Scan finished product into location within pharmacy/warehouse.
• Support any additional movement regarding 3PL product storage at FSSE2.
• Other duties as assigned.

Profile/Experiences:
• Post-production experienced and SME level knowledge of fulfillment required.
• Experience with logistics in a cGMP environment.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and communicate post-production order release for success – willingness to partner and negotiate on complex activities across the department and other functions is a must.
• The Post-Production logistics tech should be capable of lifting up to 50lbs or standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in ERP Software AX.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple shipment orders at once.
