We are seeking a Treasury Manager to join our North American Corporate Headquarters in Nashville, TN. This role will have responsibilities for all treasury and cash management activities for Fagron North America and will report to the Sr. Vice President, Finance of Fagron North America.
Key position responsibilities include:
Directing and managing all Treasury related activities including receipt, disbursement, corporate and depository banking, daily cash positioning and reporting, reconciliation of bank accounts, managing the cash pool, cash flow forecasting, review and release of electronic payments, and troubleshooting of daily transaction issues Coordinating and facilitating Treasury reporting requirements for internal accounting needs and SEC filings, including accurate recording of all cash management transactions. Enhancing policies and procedures to ensure proper controls for cash receipts, disbursements and general Treasury activities. Performing periodic cost review and analysis of Treasury activities. Identification of and management of Treasury process improvement projects. Review and negotiation of various Treasury contracts. Partner with company departments including Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax and IT as well as with our banks, and armored carriers to support various Treasury processes and initiatives. |
Ihr Profil
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related; advanced degree preferred 5-7 years’ experience within corporate treasury Highly developed conceptual/analytical skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in the ability to relate and assist with quickly operationalizing new matters in a fast growing company. |
Proficient with Treasury Management Systems and MS Applications
