Summary of Responsibilities
· The logistics tech will be responsible for planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy.
· Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations.
· Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized.
· Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment.
· Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components.
· Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy.
· Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet.
· Coordinate with warehouse for pickup/dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to/from FSSE1 and FSSE2.
· Work closely with labeling team to box packaged product and place evenly on a pallet. · Scan finished product into location within pharmacy/warehouse.
· Support any additional movement regarding 3PL product storage at FSSE2.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Post-production experienced and SME level knowledge of fulfillment required.
· Experience with logistics in a cGMP environment.
· Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and communicate post-production order release for success – willingness to partner and negotiate on complex activities across the department and other functions is a must.
· The Post-Production logistics tech should be capable of lifting up to 50lbs or standing for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in ERP Software AX.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to handle multiple shipment orders at once.
